General Questions

  • 1. What types of windows and doors do you offer?

    We offer Provia windows and doors in several different styles, colors, and sizes. Our windows are all vinyl with the option of adding interior jamb extensions and casing for a complete finished job. Our doors can be either steel or fiberglass depending on your preference and can be built to any custom or standard size to fit any opening.

  • 2. Do you provide free estimates or consultations?

    Estimates are free. Call in any time during business hours to set up an appointment with one of our sales reps.

  • 3. Are your products energy-efficient and ENERGY STAR@ certified?

    All Keusch/Provia doors and windows meet Energy Star specifications with the option to write off on your taxes. All paperwork necessary will be available from Keusch Exteriors.

  • 4. What warranties do you offer on products and installation?

    Our product warranty has a basic ten-year warranty while several things such as glass and hardware being a true lifetime warranty.

  • 5. How long does the average installation take?

    The size of the job has a lot to do with the time frame, but our crews can easily get an entire house of windows done in one to two days. Jobs such as siding or any other larger job will take longer but will be completed in a timely fashion.

Windows & Doors

  • 6. Can I customize the size, style, and color of my windows and doors?

    Any custom size, style, and color of doors or windows can be built on our website or  here in our show room to be ordered to fit your needs.

  • 7. Do you offer financing options for large projects?

    We unfortunately, do not, as of right now offer financing.

  • 8. How do I know when it's time to replace my windows or doors?

    If you have any water damage or air flow into your house, it's time to replace your doors or windows. The longer you wait the more damage is done, which ultimately  results in more money.

  • 9. What's the difference between double-pane and triple-pane windows?

    Double pane windows have two sheets of glass, while triple pane windows have three, providing better insulation.

  • 10. How do your doors perform in terms of security and insulation?

    Our doors have several different options when it comes to security, ranging from a basic handle set to our panolock three-point locking system. Our insulation in the doors meets all codes with several different frame options to get where you need to  be.

Glass Shower Doors

  • 11. Do you offer frameless, semi-frameless, and framed shower doors?

    Yes.

  • 12. How do you measure and install custom glass shower enclosures?

    We prefer to measure ourselves. That way the liability is on us. 

  • 13. What glass options (clear, frosted, patterned) are available?

    Clear is a 90% favorite, but pattern custom options are available.

  • 14. How do I keep my glass shower doors clean and free of water spots?

    Our manufacturer offers a coating w/ 10 yr. warranty.

Siding

  • What types of siding do you install (vinyl, fiber cement, etc.) and how do they compare in durability and maintenance?

    Our siding is vinyl and comes from provia. We offer severl different colors, styles, and sizes. Anywhere from our Harbor Mill Shake siding to our traditional Heart tech double 4 siding can be seen on our website and the same as the doors and windows just call in to set up an appointment to customize the exterior of your home.
